Ordering Official Transcripts

You may order your official transcript by any of the following methods-

Online (preferred method)

  1. Login to My Chemeketa
  2. Click on Grades & transcripts on the right hand side of the screen
  3. Click on Official transcript
  4. Click on the link to order your transcript
  5. Search for the recipient
    1. If you are sending the transcript to yourself, or are unable to find the recipient via the search field, then you may select the link below the search box "Or Send to Yourself, Another Individual, or Third Party" to input the recipient information yourself
  6. Follow the steps to choose the type of transcript and delivery mode you require (eTranscript, pickup a paper copy, or have a paper copy mailed)
  7. Pay for your transcript order with a credit or debit card

In person

  1. Fill out a Transcript Request Form
  2. Indicate whether you would like to pick up the transcript or have it mailed
  3. Be prepared to present picture identification and payment at the time that you place your order

By mail

  1. Fill out a Transcript Request Form
    1. To avoid delays with processing your request fill out the form completely
  2. Indicate whether you would like to pick up the transcript or have it mailed
  3. Your payment must be included with your order
  4. Mail the completed request form and payment to the address below
