Cleo has experience counseling students with a variety of backgrounds including students dealing with career indecision, anxiety, grief and general issues that affect a student's ability to be in college.

She obtained her master's from Western Oregon University in counseling and her bachelor's in psychology from St. Paul College in Manila, Philippines. Cleo looks forward to meeting you and helping you succeed.
